ABOUT THE ROLE NG HUATANGA O TE TRANGA As our Senior Rating Officer and Mori Land youll help landowners navigate the rating system, ensuring compliance, and championing fair, effective rating policies. This isnt just about numbersits about people and community.
The role involves: Rates administration & reporting manage rating assessments, ensure compliance, and keep our systems running smoothly. Customer engagement & support be the trusted rating advisor for Mori landowners, answering questions and offering expert guidance. Education & advocacy share your knowledge, and help landowners understand rating laws and council policies.
Data & research maintain accurate Mori land record databases, ensuring landowners details are up to date.
